Don't forget to breath as you will become completely content in the floatation tank. Your heart rate will plumet to a restful state due to the parasympathetic state that you will achieve due to lack of gravity, light and sound. You can fully control the sound and light. The breathing rate will go from your normal rate of 15-20 breaths per minute to about 2 to 3 breaths per minute. If only we can always maintain this state of existence in our daily lives. Clean rooms, water was a good temperature but the air in the tank was about 3 degrees too cool. I felt my toes which were above the water lever were feeling too cool. Eric and Oksana are good hosts. Take your time in getting out as things will be slippery. I'm going to every month.
